Looking for a new price for Elementor Pro?

On February 9, 2021, Elementor announced significant pricing changes for the premium version Elementor Pro. These price changes will go into effect in one month, on March 9, 2021.

If you are already a paying user of Elementor Pro, nothing will change for you. But if you have been up-to-date with Elementor Pro, it means that you could be presented with a high new bill – if you don’t act quickly.

If you act quickly when purchasing Elementor Pro, you can lock in the current (and relatively low) prices of Elementor Pro for the duration of your license.

In this article I will tell you everything you need to know about the new Elementor Pro pricing, whether you are an existing Elementor Pro customer or someone who has not yet purchased Elementor Pro but is considering it.

Don’t forget to read it, because there are big changes and important deadlines to keep in mind.

Explanation of the price change for Elementor Pro

Let’s start by explaining the actual price changes, in case you don’t know the current prices of Elementor Pro.

Priced to be soon obsolete, Elementor Pro is currently divided into three plans, all of which have exactly the same features. The only difference is the number of websites you can use Elementor Pro on:

  • Staff – $49 per page.
  • Plus – $99 for up to three locations.
  • Expert – $199 per 1,000 pages.

On March 9, 2021, the new Elementor Pro pricing plans will go into effect. The new pricing plans are divided into five different plans and are accompanied by a significant price increase and new features that are only available in certain plans :

  • Substantial (formerly personal) – $49 per site. Exactly the same, except for the name change.
  • Advanced (formerly Plus) – $99 for up to three sites. Exactly the same, except for the name change.
  • Expert – $199 for 25 sites. This is a big change: you are no longer entitled to 1,000 sites under this license. However, you do have access to over 100 sets of sites.
  • Studio – $499 for 100 sites and VIP support. For more information on this new support, click here.
  • Agency – $999 per 1000 sites and VIP support

This means that there will now be more differences than just the number of pages on which Elementor Pro can be used:

So if you are interested in your current Personal or Plus rates, nothing will change for you.

However, if you are interested in a 1,000-site plan, at first glance it seems like a hard pill to swallow. While you can currently pay $199 for 1,000 sites, you will have to pay $999 with the new plan. But don’t worry, you won’t have to pay this new price if you act quickly (or if you’re already an Elementor Pro customer). I’ll explain this later – for now, I want to keep talking about the new features.

What’s new at the studio and agency plans?

As I said, there are currently differences in the plans.

The two cheapest plans, Essential and Advanced, have no new features.

However, the new $199 expert has access to more than 100 Web plans, a significant addition to the Elementor Pro Web plan library (which is only about 17). In case you don’t know, Web plans are thematic sets of templates based on the same website.

It also means that not all Elementor Pro users will have access to all models as they work now. Essential and Advanced plans will still have access to all current models, but not the new websites.

Then, with the new Expert, Studio and Advanced plans, you can get a profile access to the Elementor expert network.

The biggest change, however, is the new live VIP chat support system for studio and agency clients.

Currently, Elementor Pro only offers support via email or tickets with an average response time of one day. Starting now, a new VIP support service will be implemented, offering live chat support with an average response time of 30 minutes.

This is obviously a major improvement that will allow you to get much more real-time help with problems you encounter.

In addition, you get support for multiple team members, which is great if you have an agency. With a Studio plan, you can get support for up to five members, while an Agency plan offers up to ten members.

All in all, I would say that while the new models and expert network profile are good, the new live chat support is the biggest update.

Existing Elementor Pro customers – nothing changes!

If you’re currently a paying customer of Elementor Pro with the current “Expert” plan that lets you create 1,000 websites for $199 a year, you’re probably going crazy. You don’t need it.

These price changes apply to new licenses only. If you are an existing customer, you will be cheaper with the current prices as long as your license is active.

For example, if your current plan is renewed on April 1, 2021, you will continue to pay only $199 per 1,000 sites because you have enrolled under the current rate structure.

Most importantly, however, you must keep your license active. If you currently have a Pro plan and your license expires, you will no longer have access to the low prices. Instead, you will need to purchase a new license at a higher price.

In summary, nothing changes for you as an existing Elementor Pro customer with the Web 1000 Site Expert plan and you can continue to upgrade at your current price and site limit. However, make sure your license does not expire, as you are only entitled to grandfathering as long as your license is active.

Elementor Pro allows you to enable automatic updating, which should ensure that you don’t accidentally forget to update and lose your ancestral awards.

How to block the prices of cheap items even if you haven’t bought yet.

Okay, if you’re already an Elementor Pro customer, you can breathe a sigh of relief, because nothing will change for you.

But if you haven’t bought the current plan of 1,000 site experts, you may be terrified because you have missed what now seems to be the deal of a lifetime.

I mean, you could only pay $199 for 1,000 sites, but now you have to pay $999 – that’s a big difference.

Yes. There is another possibility.

The new pricing for Elementor Pro will not take effect until March 9, 2021. This means you still have until then to purchase the current plan or upgrade to reach the $199/$1000 limit.

Clearly, if you purchase an Elementor Pro Expert license before March 9, 2021, you are lowering current prices and avoiding price increases.

So – if you have been hesitating with the Elementor Pro Expert plan, then I strongly recommend that you make the purchase as soon as possible because you can save a large amount of money.

Buy an Elementor Pro Expert Plan

How to get a special offer on studio and agency plans.

If you are currently a paying Elementor Pro customer on the Expert plan, Elementor also has a special offer that requires you to upgrade to one of the new plans to gain access to VIP support and other goodies.

If you switch from your current “Expert” rate plan to the new “Agency” rate plan between March 9, 2021 and June 9, 2021, you will receive a 50% discount on the “Agency” rate plan for the duration of your active subscription.

That means you only pay $500 per year, not $999. The benefit is that you get this discount for life and for all future renewals (as long as you keep your license active).

In short, this means you pay about $300 extra per year for access to new websites, VIP chat support and a profile on the expert network.

Is it worth it? It depends on how much importance you place on live chat support, but it is a good offer if you want to use the VIP chat line.

Elementor Pro Price Change Frequently Asked Questions

Finally, let’s look at some frequently asked questions about the new Elementor Pro pricing:

The new prices will take effect on March 9, 2021.

If I pay $199 for a site plan with 1,000 experts, will my rates go up?

No, you will remain within the current pricing structure as long as you keep your license active. The new pricing structure will not affect you and nothing will change about your Elementor Pro license.

I haven’t bought Elementor Pro yet – Can I get the current price?

Yes, if you buy before March 9, 2021, you can still qualify for the current prices. So – don’t wait!

What is the difference between the new plans and the higher prices?

Three new features are available in higher value plans:

  • VIP support via live chat – you will receive a response (on average) within 30 minutes.
  • More than 100 website kits – You get a lot of new templates.
  • Expert network profile – You will be registered in the expert network.

Are there any special offers for existing customers?

In addition to maintaining current prices, Elementor has also developed a special offer for existing expert licensees to encourage them to switch to the new agency plan.

Final considerations

Clearly, Elementor Pro’s new pricing plans are a significant change. However, the new pricing is not as frightening as it may seem at first glance.

If you are currently a paying customer, nothing will change for you as long as you keep your license active, as you will be cheaper at current prices.

And if you are toying with the idea of purchasing or upgrading to the Expert license to $199 per 1,000 sites, you have until March 9, 2021 to purchase or upgrade this grandfathered license.
