Looping Error on Android Emulator –

Development issue/problem:

I can’t run my applications in the Android emulator because every two seconds this error appears and I think it crashes my application….

Pay attention: I’ve never tried to record audio, which I think it’s what he’s trying to do…. Then why are we posting it? Although I tried to open a 3D model in JPCT-AE via an input stream, it didn’t work!

Like I said, he comes in every two seconds– What could be the cause? I have tried several times to restart the emulator and it continues !!!!.

EDIT: I also uninstalled and rebuilt the emulator, with the same mistakes.

Help me, please!
Thank you all in advance.

How can I solve this problem?

Solution 1:

Android tries to listen to a microphone that is not on the emulator, so that it fills the log code with useless battery tracks. To stop this, go to the Android settings application and press the button:

  1. Requests and advice
  2. Application Authorizations
  3. Microphone

Then deactivate the use of the microphone for all applications.

Solution 2:

Although turning off the microphone fixed some of the bugs, turning off the quick-search application worked for me, as suggested by the OOI.

Settings >> Applications and notifications >> All applications >> Google

Give here a description of the image

Solution 3:

Here is how to disable the Hotword application (Ok Google) in the emulator:

./adb shell su root pm disable com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox

Solution 4:

This com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox is a Google application.

Turning it off in the settings worked for me.

Solution No 5:

In my case, I corrected it the first time by adding it:

in AndroidManifest.xml

and update the google.android.gms packages used in the project to the latest version of the build.gradle :

compile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-analytics:11.0.4’) {
force = true;
comppile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:11.0.4’) {
force = true;
comppile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-gcm:11.0.4’) {
force = true;

Later, after updating RN from 0.45 to 0.53, I discovered that RECORD_AUDIO can be deleted (if not used) by adding Play Services-Location and Play Services-Base, as shown below :

compile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-analytics:11.0.4’) {
force = true;

compile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:11.0.4’) {
force = true;

compile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-gcm:11.0.4’) {
force = true;

compile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-location:11.0.4’) {
force = true;

compile(‘com.google.android.gms:play-services-base:11.0.4’) {
force = true;

Good luck!
